1. Agreement to Terms By accessing our website (www.vitl.coach) and purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Nature of Services (Disclaimer) VITL Coaching provides Life Coaching, Business Consulting, Human Design Analysis, and Personal Training.
Not Medical Advice: The information provided by VITL Coaching is for educational and self-improvement purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician regarding any medical condition.
Assumption of Risk: Participation in the "Training" (physical fitness) portion of our program involves inherent risks. By engaging in these services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical activity.
3. Payments and Refunds
Blueprint Sessions: Payment for the "VITL Blueprint Session" ($497) is due upon booking.
6-Month Program: Payments for the "Total Transformation" program are governed by the specific Coaching Agreement signed upon enrollment.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of coaching and digital delivery, all payments are non-refundable once the service or session has commenced, unless otherwise stated in your specific Coaching Agreement.
4. Intellectual Property All content provided on this website and within our coaching programs (including the "VITL Framework," worksheets, and PDFs) is the intellectual property of Mindful Domain LLC. You are granted a limited license to use these materials for your personal growth, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling For single sessions (Blueprint Session), we require at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling. Missed appointments without notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
6. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
